picture, online status, achievements, high scores.
Also we collect information about the puzzle you
solve, create, and share, including the time, date,
authorship, number of puzzles you have solved,
created, and shared, information about the users who
have solved and/or shared puzzles created by you,
and other data related to the puzzle. This
Information is used to identify you as a user and
some of its part is visible to other users in our
product.
When you use Facebook, Google+, Twitter, or similar
service to connect to our product we may collect
your account ID for identification purposes and use
your full name or username when content created by
you is publicly displaying. Also, we collect
information about your device/software type and
language, access times, pages viewed, and your IP
address.
Using Information
We may use the information about you to: assist in
the operation of our product and ensure delivery of
the services you need and request; inform you of
other possible products and/or services from our
company; respond to your comments, questions, and
requests; monitor and analyze activities in
connection with our product; and prevent
inappropriate, unauthorized, or illegal activity.
We do not share your information / the information
about you with third parties unless we receive your
permission.

Sharing Your Puzzles
You own all of the puzzles you create and post on
our product. You grant us a non-exclusive,
transferable, sub-licensable, royalty-free,
worldwide license to use puzzles that you post on or
in connection with our product.
Protecting Copyright
We are not responsible for the puzzles you have
created and posted on our product. However, we
respect other people's rights, and expect that you
will not create and post puzzles on our product that
infringe or violates someone else's rights. We can
remove any puzzle you post on our product if we
believe that it violates other people's rights. In
this case you will have an opportunity to appeal if
you believe we removed your puzzle by mistake.
Children
We do not knowingly collect personal identifiable
information from children under the age of thirteen
(13) without verifiable parental consent. If it is
determined that such information has been
inadvertently collected on anyone under the age of
thirteen, we shall immediately take the necessary
steps to ensure that such information is deleted
from our system's database. Anyone under the age of
thirteen must seek and obtain parent or guardian
permission to use the product.
Unsubscribe or Opt-Out
All users of our product have the option to
discontinue receiving communication from us and/or
reserve the right to discontinue receiving
communications by way of email or newsletters. To
discontinue or unsubscribe to the product please
send an email that you wish to unsubscribe to. If
you wish to unsubscribe or opt-out from any third
party websites, you must go to that specific website
to unsubscribe and/or opt-out.
Links to Other Apps/Websites
Our product does contain links to affiliate and
other apps/websites. We do not claim nor accept
responsibility for any privacy policies, practices
and/or procedures of other such websites. The
aforementioned Privacy Policy applies only and
solely to the information collected by our product.
Security
We do our best to protect information about you from
misuse, loss, theft, unauthorized use, disclosure,
alteration, and destruction. We try to keep our
product bug-free and safe, but cannot make
guarantees about any part of our product and/or
services.
